Hands-on learning games - Improve your preschooler's Thinking Skills

You can improve the child's ability to think creatively by "secret place". You can also use the game home with a few inexpensive materials.

One of the best ways to meet the child, his ability to think exercise is to open questions that need to check him for possible solutions. While some children find it easy to associate freely, often with their own unique solutions, while others have a hard time if the response is notfed to it is not immediately obvious.

This game, although a traditional format is based on 20 questions, are helpful for kids like them, because the trials used an image that serves as a visual, and helps them to stay the course on your right.

Material:

If you have pictures of common objects into categories: food, transportation, clothing, tools, animals, toys and furniture basic categories that you can use for a beginner I am. You have about five picturesfor each category.

Paste each picture a piece of heavy cardboard or plastic.

You will also need a coin or colored disk.

How to play:

A variation:

Shuffling cards. Place cards are exposed. Have the child close his eyes, and put the coin or counter directly below the card of your choice. Your child has to guess where the secret counter. For example, if you have the meter in a cone, the child has to guesswhere it is hidden, but can be made only indirect questions. For example, he may ask: "It 's something that you wear?" If the answer is no, then it must turn over all the things you wear. This part of the game is nice because it sneaks in a little categorization as well. If the answer is yes, then he turned to all the things you do not wear. You may need to ask more specific questions like "is something to wear in winter?" The only restriction is that the child does notask directly: "It 's a chair?" If the child tries to counter secret, then the winner, and you get to the bench in one of the card slot, and you can guess.
